Botanicals out

Friday Gin making begins with straining off the bulk botanicals. It takes 4 days and 90 minutes to make Norfolk Gin. After 4 days we take these ones out. Then we add 2 more and start taste testing after 90 minutes. We believe that slowly allowing the botanicals to mingle and dance gives the best flavour. All jazzed up and filled with soul and the pure energy of rock music. if it tastes perfect we bottle it up for you.
